Mahon Family Resource Centre

The Family Resource Centre is a community development based project whose aims are to promote participation, self-help and developement, since 1986 the Centre has provided oppourtunities for learning and developing relationships.
 
We offer a wide range of facilities for people such as Low Cost Counselling, Literacy Services, Addiction Outreach, Play Therapy, Parent and Toddler Group, Parent Support Group, Citizens Information Drop-In Clinic, Happiness Group, Summer Camp, Retired Residents Group, Holistic Therapies and many more.
We offer Learning Skills such as Art, Aromatherapy, Yoga, Pottery, Cookery etc.
 
We also run Beginnings Creche which has a highly skilled team of caring staff, our qualifications include the BA in Early Childhood Studies, CACHE Diploma, and FETAC level 5 & 6 in childcare.
